WSCA – Waxie Contract Information
What is WSCA?
The Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) was formed in October 1993 by the state purchasing directors from fifteen western states. The primary purpose is to establish the means by which participating states may join together in cooperative multi-State contracting, in order to achieve cost-effective and efficient acquisition of quality products and services. Are there any special considerations?
Waxie Customers who wish to participate in the WSCA contract will have new account numbers opened for them, specifically for the WSCA account. This is required by WSCA to participate in the contract, and allows for WSCA purchase and invoice tracking. Purchases made outside the WSCA contract must be made from the customer’s existing account, and may not be placed on the WSCA account number.
