Receptionist/Customer Service

Job Description:

  • Pleasantly and courteously answer each incoming call and route it to appropriate person or department
  • Pleasantly and courteously greet and route company guests
  • Maintain appointment sign-in log on front counter Watch for walk-in customers
  • Report any problems with phone equipment to Office Lead
  • Train other employees on switchboard as directed
  • Maintain pleasant disposition and accept requests diplomatically
  • Distribute and File Reports
  • Enter Faxed Orders
  • Check E-Fax and distribute faxes accordingly
  • Distribute Mail
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Dependable
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
