Through our continuous focus on improvement and commitment to remaining the industry leader in dilution control, effective August 16th, 2010, all WAXIE Solution Station 3-liter bottles of superconcentrates will be equipped with the metering tip safely locked away in the concentrate bottle. Utilizing a closed-looped insert, the enhanced WAXIE Solution Station 3-liter containers will prevent tampering with the dilution ratio and ensure user cost per usable gallon.
This conversion will require that two basic things happen:
• Metering tips in existing Solution Station dispensers must be removed
• In-Line check valves (#321017) or Check Y valves (#321026) must be installed, approximately 2-3 inches from each venturi inlet
In addition, hang tags on containers identify newly pre-tipped WAXIE Solution Station 3-liter bottles.
We certainly understand this inconvenience to your business for this one time conversion, but also know you will enjoy the benefits of this latest advancement in our Solution Station dispenser platforms:
• Metering tips in all superconcentrates: Brings our PDC (Portable Dilution Control) and Solution Station platforms together for more end user flexibility
• Consistency in dilution ratios: New tip ensures accuracy with each new bottle
• Cost controls: “Locked down” dilution ratio prevents over or under utilization of chemical delivering same end user cost each and every time
As your valued supplier, we are all committed to making this conversion as smooth and simple as possible. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Customer Service Representative or your Sanitary Maintenance Consultant.
