Q. What is web@work?
A. WAXIE web@work is an on-line account management tool and on-line ordering system.

Q. How do I sign-up for up for web@work?
A. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-995-4466 or your Sales Consultant.

Q. Do you offer training on how to use web@work?
A. Yes. Your Sales Consultant is available for training or you can use our on-line training tools. The on-line training can be found here: web@work training.

Q. How long does it take for an order to reach WAXIE once I place it on-line?
A. WAXIE web@work is “real-time” so orders, inventory and pricing are all available immediately.

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been submitted on-line?
A. No. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department at 800-995-4466 to modify or cancel your order.

Q. Can I return product on-line?
A. No. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department at 800-995-4466 to return an item.

Q. Are MSDS available on-line?
A. MSDS are available on the product detail page in both web@work and our on-line catalog.

Q. Can I track my orders?
A. Yes. Using the Review Order link you can view all orders for your shipping location. You can see the date it was entered, shipped and invoiced.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
A. Yes. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered to the e-mail address in the user profile.
